The Hindi film industry can be a cruel place for actors who are in their thirties and are slowly nudged into semi-retirement by younger performers. Priyanka Chopra’s career, however, has flourished. From her first venture Westward as a pop singer to becoming a mainstream Hollywood actor, she is now the face of India there. Her television show Quantico had its third season recently and it wasn’t a surprise that she was present at the Prince Harry-Meghan Markle wedding. She is probably the biggest crossover star India has, with other actors beginning to follow in her wake.
