Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the AC Milan striker, was talking about his days at Barcelona and his strained relationship with coach Pep Guardiola when he referred to the Indian icon. “With the way he (Guardiola) dresses and talks, he always want to look like a philosopher (sic). He reminds me a bit of Mahatma Gandhi when he is preparing his team,” the volatile Ibrahimovic said. He did not mean it as a compliment, suggesting that Guardiola was more interested in profundity than something relatively relevant.
