At the age of five, Hatsanda is on her way to becoming a serial planter. As part of her ‘youth go green global drive’, her very own initiative, she has already planted more than 30 trees in the past three years in Afghanistan, the United Stated of America, and now India. She now plans to make a green contribution to each and every country on the globe. “We can make walls and divide the states, cities, countries and the world, but we cannot split air and nature.

I feel proud to say that I am on my way to becoming a global super eco-heroine,” announces the Afghan-born five-year-old in Pashtun, who now lives in the United States. Her parents are nursing another dream—that their girl will grow up to become President of the United States and be a role-model for Afghans
