Womens’ Progress is the powerful beacon of the society. As “Family” is the fundamental unit of the society, I see, a Woman as the fundamental strength of a Family. A woman with progressive thoughts is an asset not only to the family but to the society, which was proven many times in the history of time.

The role of women is immense in every aspect of life to everyone. This is evident from many success stories rolled out in the annals of the time. As a mother, life partner, friend, guide, teacher, the role of a woman is a great value addition in all walks of life. The multitasking nature and patience of women in handling critical situations is making substantial outcomes.

Women managing such role conflicts effectively are often emerging as the icons of the society in their chosen field of interest.

WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT IN INDIA, FROM ANCIENT PERIOD TO MODERN PERIOD

In this context, women empowerment is a continuous process that requires support from all the corners of society in all walks of life.

CHANGES LIKELY TO BE MADE IN EDUCATION SECTOR

Education sector is fast changing as per the demands of the industry and in accordance with societal transformation. Digitization is one good paradigm shift with revolutionary impact on the education system. Post pandemic the mode and method of teaching and learning posed new challenges and demanded necessary changes. Education sector risen aptly to this unforeseen situation and adopted swiftly in order to meet the student requirements.

Urban living always accustomed to such kind of new challenges and to adjust as per the disruptive technologies evolution, but rural lifestyles are not fast changing has been a longstanding concern. There are few changes unfolding and required as per the modern day needs. For example, sustainable rural education growth profile needs much attention, taking the fruits of technology to the end users through the academic progression of people of all sections is a biggest move and challenge in the near future.

Bringing global trends to the grassroots levels of the society so that individual growth story shall be paced up economically and socially is yet another development that needs focus.

School education has to be brought back to reading in BLACK AND WHITE in more. Parents also shall take special interest in this aspect as e-gadgets addiction is seen in the recent past among kids to pre-adolescent children. This is a huge concern from health and academic perspective of the school goers.

Educationists also require keeping an eye on the misuse of technological advancements. Classroom learning to competitive exams require a quick revamp amidst the newly evolving tech-web that gives space and scope for improper usage.

We rose to many challenges during and post pandemic and made institution attaining NAAC A++ grade, ABET recognition, Category I grade recognition from UGC are few proud moments. Most prominent success is the number of student startups we could able to produce in 2023; this is one of the instances of our rising up approach to meet the modern day trends in academic/industry arena.
