SOMC has setup an Incubation Centre approved by Govt of U.P. with provision for Startup Funding of Rupees 5-10 Lac and Agri-Clinics and Agri – Business Centres (AC & ABC) approved by the competent authority, where many govt. Schemes are available for starting Agri-business on completion of course. Those Completing the training can apply for special Start-up Loans for Venture up to 2 Crore rupees and interested subvention up to 6 lac rupees, and a subsidy of 36 to 44 percent.

The MBA in Agribusiness Management Programme offered by Sanskriti University, Mathura is thus a response to this growing need for professionals, who can contribute to, and engineer the agribusiness revolution.

The objective of this program is; To develop amongst the students, an in-depth strategic understanding of operations systems, their components, contributions, and interactions with Agro business and other functional areas; To provide Business Management knowledge to students with special reference to Agri-Business; To address the challenges of rapidly growing and diverse agriculture and allied sectors, the MBA (Agri-Business Management) programs aims at providing updated knowledge in the discipline and with a world view.

It will facilitate the acquisition of managerial and technical skills for practicing sustainable agriculture in all sectors of the agricultural economy. This 2-year full-time MBA (Agribusiness Management) program broadly covers the domain of; Marketing, (emphasis on rural marketing and retail management) Finance, (emphasis on microfinance, commodity trading and lending, and risk management) Supply Chain Management, (logistics in retail), and Taxation. It also details all the relevant and applicable fields of Agriculture and WTO, Agri-export-import, and Agricultural Finance.
