Excelling even during Covid Pandemic
India’s premium B-school New Delhi Institute of Management completed campus placements for its MBA batch 20-21 well before time despite the deep pandemic. 50% of the batch of 20-22 due to graduate in August has got the finest job offers already, thanks to the deep industry connect of NDIM that top recruiters HUL, Deloitte, E&Y, ICICI Bank, Protiviti, Tech Mahindra, Aditya Birla, etc recruited the covid 2020 batch just at the end of their 2nd semester even when all the studies had happened online for this batch.
When 40% of the corporate & industry were reeling with heavy slowdown & uncertainty with nearly 10 million people across India losing their jobs, 100% of NDIM students did their 10-week Summer Internship Program with most renowned companies in May-June 2020 and 2021. Faculty constantly worked on student preparation throughout the online mode and a number of students secured placement offer from the best names in the industry during their online internships, 14 months before graduating.
In this new age of Unicorns, the entrepreneurial & innovation ecosystem of NDIM which is led by a large number of CMDs on its Board got further strengthened when the ASSOCHAM declared & adopted NDIM as its Pan-India Incubation partner, the 1st and the only incubation center set by a premier business & industry chamber at any B-school in India.

Being the only B-school that is a funded partner of NSDC for imparting skill-based programs and having been licensed by NSDC, Govt of India, to train manpower for Japanese companies; NDIM is the 1st B-school to set up a full-fledged Japan Centre inaugurated by the ambassador of Japan. Japan Centre of NDIM plays a crucial role in grooming its students for Japanese MNCs as it has also been chosen to cater to the training needs of many existing Japanese multinational companies and those who are relocating to India.
