JBS, a vision of Shri Jaiprakash Gaur was conceptualized and operationalized by Shri Manoj Gaur, Executive Chairman of the Jaypee Group, who is widely respected as a visionary and has successfully mapped and executed the massive expansion of the Jaypee Group in several sectors.

Prof. S.C. Saxena, Pro Chancellor of JIIT has an impeccable academic record and an expertise in institute-building. He has constantly been a mentor and guide for Jaypee Business School. He was formerly Director, IIT Roorkee, Mentor Director, IIT Mandi and Director, Thapar University Patiala.

Prof. B.R. Mehta, Vice Chancellor of JIIT had illustrious career with IIT Delhi as Professor of Physics and Dean – Research and Development and Schlumberger Chair Professor. He has received life-time achievement award 2021 from IIT Delhi for his outstanding contributions to scientific research and teaching before he joined JIIT. He is also looking after the Research and Innovation activities at all the Jaypee Universities as Director, Directorate of Research, Innovation and Development.

Prof (Dr) Anubha Vashisht, Director of Jaypee Business School is a seasoned academician with 23 years of experience in industry, teaching, research, consulting, and training & development. She is known in academics for institutional brand building, academic alliances, industry connect and program innovation..

Jaypee Business School offers three programs; namely a Ph.D. program in Management, two-year full time Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a four-year full time Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).

The Indian economy has the potential to become the world’s third largest economy and Jaypee Business School is quick to respond to the emerging business requirements by developing in the students the ability to generate innovative solutions, work collaboratively in diverse teams, communicate effectively and share cross functional responsibilities.

The research in the management domain caters to the problems experienced by the business organizations from time to time. The scholars at JBS are required to complete the mandatory course work in the first year of the program.
