Roorkee College of Engineering (RCE), since its inception in 2010, has been fulfilling its vision and mission to bridge the gap between academics and the corporate working on tirelessly on its motto of “Campus to Corporate” by producing trained technocrats, and achieving excellence in field of engineering, management, agricultural and pharmacy.Over the years, the RCE has been recognized by many renowned agencies as Best technical Institute in Uttarakhand. A significant milestone has been achieved in the eventful journey of RCE following its’ declaration as Haridwar University. The university endeavor is inspired by the vision to “Make in India/Skill India”, apart from the university syllabus, it has been the aim to provide goal- oriented skill enhancement through TCS, IBM and other similar professionals, resulting into amazing outputs. Containing its rich legacy of providing quality education and multidimensional development, university is running value added programs in consultation with the students to update them with state of art. Proactively training, webinars, workshops, expert talks are held in the latest technologies viz AI, Machine Learning, IOT, Smart farming, Robotics, cyber security, electrical vehicle etc. With the unique mentor mentee’s concept with cordial but disciplined environment, students are made to believe in 3P’s i.e. Patience, persistence and perspiration which makes a unbeatable combination of success.

Haridwar University aims for innovative structure of various courses based on New education Policy (NEP) 2020 with proactive approach on Problem Based Learning with on option of degree with specialization, as per state of art by providing a road map to enhance employability and entrepreneurship.

UniversityThe Institute Innovation Council & Incubation Centre provides students a unique experience to various higher institutes like IIT’s for hands on experience knowledge. All these have culminated in the excellent placements, highest being Rs. 85 Lakhs Per annum, a record achievement. With overall 93% placement till now, with an average package of Rs. 6 to 8 lakh Per annum, many companies are still coming for placements. Haridwar University believe and inspire only those who aspire to achieve. Many more accolades are yet to be achieved but the vision is clear and the target is achievable.
