On the 24th February, 1975, the State Govt Corporation of Government of Maharashtra founded the Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal (MAVIM) to mark International Women’s Year. It aims for increased participation of women in the development goals through Self Help Groups (SHGs) ensuring social, economic and political justice at the grassroots through Sustainable Development.

Ms. Abha Damani, Director, ICPA Health Products Ltd (ICPA) is a second generation entrepreneur and a post graduate in Business & Economics. In charge of Operations, International Business and Finance, she scaled up exports to make ICPA a formidable player in the international markets.
