Atri Bhattacharya

Atri Bhattacharya is an IAS officer who is currently Additional Chief Secretary in West Bengal. As Principal Secretary Tourism, he led the team that put Durga Puja on the world map, now tagged by UNESCO as an Intangible Heritage Property.
