Websense, which provides web, data and email security, says some sites are using swine flu to spread malicious software like viruses. These sites ask the user to install a codec to watch a video. The codec is a Trojan downloader, which can download malware. Kevin Haley, an employee with Symantec which makes Norton anti-virus, blogs about a pdf file with an attachment: ‘Swine influenza frequently asked questions.pdf’. Opening it infects your computer.
