Nicki Minaj has made her position clear: her support for Donald Trump is not going away anytime soon. The rapper joined the US president at a Republican campaign rally in Port Huron, Michigan, on Sunday, declaring that she would continue to stand by him as the country approaches a crucial election.

“President Trump, it is an honour to stand with you every single time, and I will continue to support you forever,” Minaj told the crowd, according to Fox News. Her appearance added celebrity star power to Trump’s campaign stop, which was aimed at rallying support for Republican candidates ahead of Michigan’s November 3 election.

Minaj praised Trump’s return to the White House, describing him as a figure who had restored optimism among his supporters. “He represents resilience. So, let's make some noise for this great man. I love him so much,” she said.

She also spoke about children and gender-related issues, urging the crowd not to give up on what she described as a better future for the next generation. “We need this place to lead in the movement, right? And we're not going to give up because we want our children to grow up in a place where we can be proud of. We don't want our children to be bombarded with sex changes, right? We don't want that for our children. We want people to leave the children alone. Leave them out of it. Right? So, President Trump, it is an honour to stand with you every single time, and I will continue to support you forever.”

Her remarks placed her firmly alongside the president and his political movement at a time when Republicans are campaigning to retain support in key races.

Trump also made Minaj’s appearance a talking point during his speech. Referring to the rapper, he said: “By the way, I looked at a beautiful a** before,” before adding, “Nicki Minaj. That's hard to miss.” He then asked her to stand for the audience and later praised her appearance and political support. “She never looked more beautiful. She gets it. She's smart,” Trump said.

The exchange became one of the rally’s more widely reported moments, drawing attention alongside Minaj’s endorsement.

The post added another layer to Minaj’s high-profile appearance. At the rally, however, her message was direct: she was there to express support for Trump, and she said that support would continue.
