Commission chairperson Usha Priyadarshini said she spoke to the woman, identified as Sia, who alleged that Kalyan Bainsla had been stalking and harassing her before the crash. Police have arrested Bainsla from Rajasthan’s Dausa district and added an attempt-to-murder charge under Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita after analysing CCTV footage. The commission said it would closely monitor the case, while Sia has publicly rejected Bainsla’s account of the incident and alleged that he deliberately chased and hit her motorcycle. These allegations remain part of the ongoing investigation.
