A striking visual protest illuminated the Washington DC skyline on April 24, just one day before one of the capital's most high-profile media gatherings, as an anonymous demonstration projected images linking President Donald Trump and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein onto the side of a building near the Washington Hilton Hotel.
A video circulated on X showed the building lit up with photographs, documents connected to Epstein, and past footage of the president and the disgraced financier together at events.
The display, which lasted approximately two minutes, also featured heavily redacted documents from the Epstein files, accompanied by audio that reportedly included readings of Epstein's emails.
A crowd gathered across the street to watch as the projections unfolded on the building's exterior.
The video was shared with the caption: "NEW: In honor of White House Correspondents Weekend, this video message highlighting Trump's relationship with Epstein is being displayed on the side of the building where Trump will attend the dinner."

Among the visuals displayed was an email from Epstein referencing the president, which read: "I want you to realize that that dog that hasn't barked is Trump."
The protest came just ahead of an edition of the annual dinner that carries particular significance.
Trump is set to attend the event, marking his first appearance at the White House Correspondents' Dinner while in office.
The occasion has generated intense interest in Washington, given the president's well-documented combative stance toward the press.
"The Press was extraordinarily bad to me," Trump said in a recent post on his Truth Social platform.
His participation has sparked both surprise and considerable attention, given his repeated denunciations of what he calls the "fake news" press.
It must be noted that Donald and Melania Trump have always denied any wrongdoing relating to the Epstein case, have not been accused of any crimes by law enforcement, and have never been identified as the subject of any investigation.
In an address that drew widespread attention, First Lady Melania Trump, 55, directly confronted the swirling speculation about her connection to the disgraced financier and his accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell.
"Good afternoon. The lies linking me with the disgraceful Jeffrey Epstein need to end today," she declared.
She went on to clarify the extent of the Trumps' social interactions with Epstein. "I have never been friends with Epstein. Donald and I were invited to the same parties as Epstein from time to time, since overlapping in social circles is common in New York City and Palm Beach," she said.
The White House Correspondents' Dinner is an annual marquee event that brings together journalists, political leaders, and public figures who cover the US presidency. This year's gathering, reported The Mirror US, will take place at the Washington Hilton Hotel.
