Blake Lively loves getting into the shoes of her character, Serena Van Der Woodsen, on the sassy teen drama, Gossip Girl, for two reasons—for her irresistible closet in the series and the fact that she’s in love with her cast mate, 22-year-old Penn Badgley, who plays her on-screen boyfriend. But the couple who have been dating for over a year now weren’t always enamoured of each other. “I was so upset that they hired him (Penn) for Gossip Girl. I actually poisoned the whole cast against him! But they noticed he wasn’t a jerk and was actually a nice chap. I realised it too, almost immediately, but it took me a week to admit it. He is a terrific actor,” gushed Blake recently.
