RJD chief Lalu Yadav blames Nitish Kumar for drought in Bihar because he ate biscuits during the solar eclipse

Electoral reverses seem to have gone to the head of Lalu Prasad, who has blamed Bihar CM Nitish Kumar for inflict­ing a drought on the state by “eating biscuits” during the recent solar eclipse. Speaking on 14 August at Gaya, Lalu said Nitish Kumar’s act so en­raged the gods that the “rain god withheld his gift”.
