Just when you thought that people had created beauty contests for everything imaginable, here comes another one. A pageant for goats was recently held in Saudi Arabia as part of an auction that brought together hundreds of traders and herders. Nearly 170 exquisite purebred Hijazi goats preened and puffed as they were paraded around. These beauties were judged on the basis of the shape and colour of their eyes and their health. The four-legged diva who won the contest was sold for at least $18,000. We call it goatlicious.
