Author Chetan Bhagat is fast becoming a de facto scriptwriter for Bollywood films, be it One Night @ the Call Centre being made into Hello or the biggest release of December 2009, 3 Idiots, starring superstar Aamir Khan, being a loose adaptation of his book Five Point Someone. Now it is the turn of actor-turned-director Abhishek Kapoor, who was riding the wave of his extremely successful debut film Rock On!! up until now, to try his luck at another of the author’s books for his next film. Abhishek is raring to get back to scripting and filming and has commenced work on turning The 3 Mistakes of My Life into a screenplay. “I have just started work on the script and till that is done, I cannot think of anything else like casting, etcetera for the film,” said Abhishek of his new project.
