While the media has dubbed them the new best friends, word has it that Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra weren’t the chummiest of co-stars. The two are cast together for the first time in Siddharth Anand’s Anjaana Anjaani. Apparently, as soon as the director yelled, “Cut!” on the sets of the film shoot in New York, San Francisco and Las Vegas, the two stars went their separate ways. Priyanka and Ranbir now murmur polite nothings about how each of them is a “super actor who keeps you on your toes” during shooting. Yet, over the two months of the outdoor schedule, the stars only had a couple of dinners together, and that too, with the rest of the crew hanging around them. Apparently, their feeble excuse is that the December-January schedule was just too chilly to sit around shooting the breeze. Hmmm, hope their icy vibes don’t show up on film.
