Should I return money mistakenly left with a nasty note addressed to me?

My neighbour left a nasty note on my windshield about how close I had parked to her car.
My neighbour left a nasty note on my windshield about how close I had parked to her car. The note, filled with expletives, was placed inside an envelope in which I also found Rs 500. Obviously, this was a mistake on her part. But should I return the money or keep it as payment for her unnecessary rudeness?
