A local paper said that cut-outs of Pitt dressed as a traffic cop have been placed on the most dangerous intersections in the city of Omsk in the hope that it would slow down speeding cars. It’s a unique move by authorities in their battle against speeding as traffic accidents in Russia are among the highest in Europe.
