The rates, which normally start at $379, have now been whittled down to $150 for a four-hour stay! One package also includes movies on demand and strawberries with whipped cream.   This plan, which first came into effect on Valentine’s Day, not only targets couples planning a romantic rendezvous but also shoppers and travellers who want to rest their weary feet while they wait for a delayed flight or cruise ship. All they need to do is step into the cabana room and be treated to a three-course lunch at the Malibu Beach Inn.
