It isn’t enough for the fish you eat to be fresh and healthy; they need to be happy as well. A tuna company plans to farm in water off the South Australian coast that is 40 metres deep instead of the regular 25 metre level in order to net cheerful fish. The company spokesperson says fish love the pristine water at that depth. However, happy tuna might not result in happy customers. The higher cost of venturing further into the sea will simply add to the cost of the meal.
