Steve Irwin’s widow has issued a legal notice to the forest department, accusing it of violating the Copyright Act.
Two years ago, when the Kerala government named its crocodile breeding centre at Thiruvananthapuram after Australian wildlife conservationist Steve Irwin, it had no idea things would come to this. Irwin’s widow Terri Raines has issued a legal notice to the forest department, accusing it of violating the Copyright Act for naming the park so and misusing Irwin’s name for a commercial venture.
