He seems to have hit the mute button after an understated role in Rock On!! But Arjun Rampal will soon be seen in a public awareness campaign on human trafficking. The actor completed the shoot for the ad a couple of days ago. Kunal Vohra of Altair Films directed the commercial. In a few days, the ad will be broadcast on all channels. Kunal says, “The idea was to draw parallels between commodities and human beings and say they are not the same. I went to Arjun with the concept and he liked it. He was kicked about being a part of it. We shot the ad in his house. Despite his commitments, he managed to take some time out.” Arjun also researched the topic of trafficking (especially of the girl child) before shooting the ad. Kunal says, “I briefed him about the statistics and the growing rate of child trafficking in our metros. He was not only alarmed, but also shocked.”
