Usually located alongside McDonald’s outlets in America, Canada and Australia, these Euro-style cafes are serving up steaming cappuccinos, lattes and mochas. No clowns plonked on benches, no yawling kids on jungle gyms and the golden arches actually fade into the background. So you get casual sophistication, clean lines and coffee made from espresso beans.
