The Herge Museum in Louvain la-Neuve in Belgium, which opened last week. Herge or Georges Prosper Remi is the creator of the boy reporter with the funny little tuft of hair. The $21 million museum, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Christian de Portzamparc, has been financed by his second wife Fanny Rodwell. There’s a treasure trove of Herge’s original artwork. “It is important to show Herge did more than just Tintin,” says Charles Dierick of the Studios Herge.
