Just one sip of The Brad Pitt could make you swoon. Not just because of the vodka in this cocktail but from the hunky imagery and lime-cucumber-mint pairing with alcohol. Like the actor, the newly dreamt up drink by Gourmet magazine, is tall, organic and gratifying. You need two organic lime wedges, 2 thin slices of fresh organic cucumber and a sprig of organic mint. If you are not the organic type, go ahead with bazaar-variety nimboos, kakdi and pudina. The exacting ingredient that is difficult to substitute is the 2 oz or 1/4 cup of Crop Organic cucumber vodka. Add a 4 oz splash of soda, stir in a cocktail shaker and serve in a highball glass.
