He is thus named for his perceived tasteless display of style and class. The culprits seem to be two favourite appendages—Rolex watches and Ray-Ban sunglasses. In fact, the only amusing moment during the visit was when a newspaper reported that the French have requisitioned India for short security men, so that Sarkozy’s 5 feet 5 inch frame wouldn’t get dwarfed. Carla Bruni, at 5 feet 9 inches, will never have that complex.
