As a specialized investment and asset management firm, we focus on property flipping – acquiring distressed residential and commercial properties, enhancing their value, and selling them to builders and developers for a profit.

OUR INVESTMENT MODEL
Each project is executed through a Special Purpose Vehicle – a dedicated company formed solely for that venture. We raise capital for these SPVs by offering Secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) – fixedincome instruments that help us acquire, enhance, and resell properties.
We target high-potential properties that can be improved and sold within a short window, maximizing returns. Profits from each flip are used to pay investors with impressive yields.

DRIVEN BY RESEARCH
Every investment decision is backed by a thorough PESTLE analysis – evaluating political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental factors. We also assess where the market stands within the real estate cycle (five phases: bottom, recovery, expansion, early downturn, and full downturn) and concentrate our efforts during the expansion phase, where demand and value peak.

SECURE, COMPLIANT, TRANSPARENT
Though our NCDs are unlisted and non-redeemable before maturity, they are secure and structured for safety. We recommend that investors use surplus capital, not emergency funds, due to the investment’s lock-in period.
We adhere to full legal and financial compliance, including ROC filings, taxation, and business governance. Our SPVs comply with Section 2(68) of the Companies Act, 2013, and debenture trustees are appointed under Section 71(4) to safeguard investor interests.
