Most professionals spend their careers mastering established systems. Md. Rizvi spent over fifteen years understanding them deeply enough to build something different.

Having risen to the position of Category Head within some of India’s leading media organizations, Rizvi worked closely with brands across real estate, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and business sectors. Along the way, he identified a gap in the communications industry: organizations were investing heavily in visibility but not enough in reputation. Campaigns were designed to generate attention, yet few were built to create lasting credibility.

In 2023, he transformed that insight into action by founding *OneXtel Communication Media Pvt. Ltd., a Noida-based integrated communications firm. More than a traditional agency, OneXtel was established as **India’s first IP-led Reputation Management and Strategic Communications Company*, helping organizations build influence through strategic communications, thought leadership, stakeholder engagement, public relations, and reputation-building initiatives.

"Our intent is clear,” Rizvi has said, “to ensure seekers of critical health services can discover the right support via authentic, editorial- driven communication.

What sets OneXtel apart is its focus on creating industry ecosystems rather than merely executing campaigns. Within just three years, the company launched five dedicated publishing platforms—* XInfra, XHealth, XEducation, and XEquity*—designed to give founders, business leaders, educators, healthcare professionals, and industry experts the opportunity to tell their own stories. The philosophy is simple: those who build organizations understand their journeys better than anyone else. Through these platforms, leaders become authors of their own narratives, sharing insights, expertise, and experiences directly with their audiences. In doing so, OneXtel has created a publishing-first model that transforms brands from subjects of stories into storytellers themselves.

Rizvi’s commitment to purpose-driven communication extends beyond business. In strengthening OneXtel’s healthcare practice, he brought Forbes-recognized social innovator and cancer survivor Anchal Sharma into an advisory role, reinforcing the belief that authentic communication should be guided by experience, empathy, and impact.

The industry has taken notice. OneXtel has been recognized across ET Now, Times Now, and Zee platforms for its contributions to strategic communications, industry partnerships, and brand amplification. Among its notable recognitions, the company was felicitated by Zee as *”Trailblazer in Strategic Communication and Brand Amplification”* and has received acknowledgments for *Strategic Association and Valued Contribution* at leading forums including the ET Now Realty Conclave & Awards, Times Now Health Summit, ET Now Business Conclave & Awards, and Times Now Education Conclave.

Today, OneXtel stands as a growing force in India’s communications landscape, driven by a belief that reputation is not built through publicity alone but through credibility, expertise, and meaningful engagement.

For Md. Rizvi, the mission remains clear: create platforms that empower industries, amplify authentic voices, and help organizations build reputations that endure. Because visibility creates awareness, but reputation creates legacy.
