Entrepreneurial opportunities with design thinking mindset

School of Future skills, powered by Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida aims to bring a skill development ecosystem for helping everyone to gain the skills they need to thrive in the modern world and has lifelong access to learning opportunities. We have to equip students with 21st century skills which shall sow the seeds for starting a new era and give a new direction to 21st century India, said Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi adding that skill development is most important dimension for nation’s development. Reinforcing this vision, School of Future skills aims to inspire students, develop skilled people, and grow strong leaders by empowering them with the knowledge and skills needed in future through learning program in 21st century skills.
We aim to develop and nurture competency and capability of individual which are essential to succeed in job market and personal space. The main objective is to encourage students to think clearly, analyse critically and express themselves with clarity by working in collaboration through micro programs and workshops on skills like Design Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity and Problem solving, Leadership, Critical Thinking and Emotional Intelligence. These skills for the future empowers to develop entrepreneurial skills and innovate solutions to challenges pertaining to any problem.
We organize sessions which are highly engaging and give students the flexibility to learn through various activities and case studies which we conduct throughout the year. We also conduct tailored and engaging activities for students and working professionals with the aim to foster a wide range of cognitive skills and open mindedness amongst all. We have already conducted Faculty Development Programs for more than 150 faculty members, organized sessions and interactions for faculty members under AICTE approved ATAL Faculty Development Programs. Last year, School of Future Skills organized the biggest event of the year at NIET, Greater Noida “Segue Design Thinking Challenge 2022” which focussed on building real solutions to tough problems by applying Design thinking tools and processes amongst students with participation from more than 1000 students from the campus.
We are thrilled to bring this entity to the world for skilling and upskilling every day and enhancing capabilities and skills by touching every stage of educational hierarchy and making India future ready. We plan to expand PAN India and Global shores to become a pre-eminent partner in future skill development, enhance entrepreneurial opportunities with design thinking mindset.
