Landmark Crafts Private Limited., was established in 1995 by the enterprising sibling duo from Kashmir, Mr Pankaj Lidoo and Mr Vipin Lidoo, Directors of the venture. Within a span of nearly three decades the company, which began its journey from its startegic location on the Delhi-Ghaziabad border, has grown exponentially to capture the market with its product range of HP Self-drilling screws. Manufacturers of India’s best quality and range of HP Self-Drilling Screws, Aluminium Blind Rivets and Dry Wall Screws, Landmark Crafts, is an interesting outcome of destiny, identifying the right opportunity at the opportune time, fitting squarely into a plan of what led to its emergence as an industry vertical apart from a source of sustenance for the educated brothers, who were compelled to migrate from Kashmir facing turbulent times and seek a livelihood. As the knowledge grew about the nitty-gritty of the fledgling industry, so did the interest in the unlimited possibilities that was there for grabs! Innovation was something that they worked on consistently not only raising the company head and shoulders above its competitors, but also gave it a credible brand identity.

Recalling the early years that were fraught with challenges, thee brothers said, ”We resolutely pursued perfecting the products which made us wiser about the business,” adding, “the colour coated sheet profiling trend was gaining credence in India. Since, the self-drilling screws concept was yet to be launched, we had to import them at exorbitant price. But what put us ahead of the curve was our ability to sense and identify the gap. Only a few competitors existed in those days giving us the advantage of time to experiment, innovate and establish ourselves at a comfortable pace, perfecting our products and building an impressive portfolio.”

The Lidoo brothers informed that before they actually started manufacturing, the screws were imported from Taiwan and in a course of 3-4 years mastered the technology involved in making self-drilling screws boosting their morale to plough funds significantly in R&D to innovate and start manufacturing self-drilling screws in India- a major milestone!The longstanding association with the Taiwanese company, served as the cornerstone on which Landmark Crafts built its reputation as a pioneer in its niche segment that made world-class products.

“Landmark believes in constant technology up-gradation, and investing in new technologies at its state-of-the-art factory-owned unit in Panchkula, Haryana, located close to the National Highway, ensuring unhindered movement of freight. Our in-house capabilities helps us to develop and manufacture the entire range of screws of different size, their use and compatibility suitable for varying mediums/surfaces to which they were to be fastened. Today, we are able scale-up production significantly to meet increasing customer demand and to effectively sort unprecedented challenges across the value chain. Up-grading skills, training, workshops etc., are a constant at Landmark to keep our employees at par with market trends,”shared the brothers.

The key to Landmark Craft’s success is its presence in different cities across the country through 14 marketing offices, including its corporate office in Ghaziabad that caters to the markets of Delhi NCR and neighbouring towns.

The company also owes its accomplishments to a strong distributor network, an efficient team of sales persons, a visionary management and diligent office staff for whom customer service is at the core of all that they do.

The company is focused on widening its product portfolio in three different categories i.e., self-drilling screws, aluminium blind rivets, dry-wall screws, besides venturing into manufacturing screws for concrete walls. It has now diversified into the business of tools, which makes its portfolio a one-stop hub for all kinds of fasteners and tools meant for infrastructure development in the private and public sectors and retail market as well.
