Japan and Korea Centres of Excellence support academics at NDIM, preparing students for leadership roles in Japanese and Korean MNCs worldwide. NDIM is the only B-school with a “Japan Centre” licensed by NSDC Govt of India for training manpower for Japanese Companies. JICA now supports the Centre with a Japanese native trainer, the highest quality accreditation. Around 227 CEOs and C-suite executives have interacted with the students and approx. 961 internships were done by the students. The institute’s deep-rooted connection with the top-most leaders and recruiters in the Industry and Academia empowers students to rise to every occasion as tech-enabled future-ready leaders and get hired by the top- most companies NDIM caters to. The institute has been declared Number 1 in India for ‘Excellence in Employability through Industry Engagement’ 2021 by FICCI.
More than 400 hours of company-specific campus-to-corporate soft skill grooming has been done by 7 full-time corporate trainers-cum-faculty and senior defense officers. Not just that NDIM has been re-skilling its employees in Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, Innovative Thinking, Design Thinking, and the application of AI-ML in their day-to-day functioning.
