The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE) is a Deemed-to-be- University established under Section (3) of the UGC Act, 1956. IFHE has been accredited by NAAC with an A++ grade and it is one of the largest multidisciplinary universities in the country.
The mission of the IFHE is ‘Learning for Leadership’. It aims at developing a cadre of professionals possessing specialized skills having a sense of social and moral responsibility and the ability to address problems from a broader perspective. The University’s comprehensive student-centric learning approach consists of several stages, designed to add significant value to the learners’ understanding in an integrated manner. It provides relevant knowledge, imparts practical skills, and inculcates a positive attitude among the students.
The education methodology adopted by the University encourages independent thinking and helps the students develop holistic perspectives, strong domain knowledge, contemporary skill sets, a positive attitude, and good values.
IFHE has also been permitted by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, to start an Off-Campus Centre in Bangalore, Karnataka.
The University is an esteemed member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU).
The University has put in place world-class processes for governance, academic excellence, industry-academia interface, and student centricity. Distinguished academicians and other eminent personalities are closely associated with the governance of the University.
The University is committed to pursuing research that will have a direct impact on its programs in the fields of Business Management, Science & Technology, Law, and Social Sciences.
