UPES Dehradun, a NAAC ‘A’ accredited and NIRF ranking multidisciplinary university has announced various scholarships this year aiming to provide more students the access to quality higher education.

100% MERIT SCHOLARSHIP, 50% RESERVED FOR FEMALE STUDENTS

Based on merit and applicable for all the students appearing for the UPES entrance examination, close to 2000 scholarships will be awarded for the academic year 2022-23, reserving 50% for female students. The scholarship will be awarded in the range of 20% to 100% on tuition fees of 1st semester to the top 10% performers scoring highest in UPES entrance exams. The scholarship is also eligible for renewal in the subsequent semesters, based upon certain set of eligibility requirements.

33% DOMICILE SCHOLARSHIP

UPES is also offering additional domicile scholarship of 33% to all the students who are residents of Uttarakhand.

DIGITAL INNOVATION SCHOLARSHIP

UPES School of Modern Media is offering full Digital Innovation Scholarships to select students on all the undergraduate digital-first media programs. These scholarships are funded by Meta (formerly Facebook) and reserved for students from underprivileged backgrounds. Six scholarships will be awarded this year and their recipients will be chosen via a competitive nationwide entrance examination conducted by UPES.

UPES is a multi-disciplinary university and offering under-graduate and post-graduate programs through its eight schools- School of Engineering, School of Computer Science, School of Design, School of Law, School of Business, School of Health Sciences and Technology, School of Modern Media and School of Liberal Studies

SPORTS SCHOLARSHIP

Providing students with holistic education, encouraging them to participate in sports and to develop a sports culture within the University, UPES introduces scholarships for talented sports people. The scholarship percentage depends on the number of achievements and the national and international sports representations by the candidate. The scholarships will be provided for the following sports: Football, Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Shooting, chess, Athletics.

FREESHIPS

FREESHIPSWith the objective of access of quality education to all, UPES is providing scholarship to undergraduate and post-graduate students who come from the economically weaker section but with high aspiration, commitment, and caliber. There will be 50 scholarships awarded on merit basis.
