MILIND S. PATKE, GENERAL MANAGER (BRAND & PR), BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED
We had no idea of what we should expect but the results were overwhelming and moving. In a very short time, we managed to create a pan-India movement that generated nominations across categories and led to the successful awards ceremony. Working with diverse teams, interacting with jurors who gave so much time and drawing inspiration from every single nominee has left us even more energised than before.
MOHIT HIRA, CHIEF EXECUTIVE & PUBLISHER, OPEN MEDIA NETWORK
Looking back at what was a daunting task, I can now say that trust and team work were the two reasons why this campaign succeeded. Sparks flew but they also lit the flame of passion as we raced against time, along with KPMG, Mirum and the folks at BPCL whose faith in Open made this possible.
SIDDHARTH BEHAL, PARTNER, KPMG
BPCL conducted the Energising Bharat Awards to recognise the unsung heroes for work done in several social areas. KPMG was involved in providing inputs for setting up the process for awards and tabulating the jury scoring and conducting onsite visits for the top shortlisted nominations. As part of the award, we covered the entire length and breadth of the country, our teams visited nominees from Srinagar to Chennai and from Goa to Murshidabad covering even remote villages of India. This was a great initiative to partner with Open Media and BPCL.
NAILA MATEEN, CREATIVE DIRECTOR, MIRUM INDIA
The Energising Bharat Awards campaign has been an extremely challenging and immensely gratifying experience for the team at Mirum India. Reaching out digitally to audiences pan India, getting relevant entries and enabling the worthy to win, has brought a sense of pride to the Indian in every single one of us!
