A collection for professional drivers and sports car enthusiasts
Inspired by the legendary Carrera Panamericana Mexico Road Race, the world’s most gruelling open-road endurance competition, the Carrera chronograph from TAG Heuer became a style legend for its signature features: an uncluttered design, a dial with a wide opening that ensures maximum readability, and a shock-resistant and waterproof case that can withstand intense road wear.
The first sports chronograph devices specifically designed for professional drivers and sports car enthusiasts, Carrera watches combine modern and classic elements, along with sporty touches.
A tribute to motor racing and modern design, the Carrera has perpetually reinvented itself over the years, as is evident in the following two models.
TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre 5 Automatic; Steel & Rose Gold (18K 5N): loyal to its prestigious heritage, the TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre 5 Automatic is a subtle re-interpretation of the original Carrera model. This sophisticated watch, with its pure design and harmonious lines, highlights its various facets in a refined manner by cladding its bracelet, bezel and crown in 18-carat rose gold. The H-shaped bracelet, which has become the signature of the Carrera collection, is a blend of gold and fine- brushed steel with polished edges on lateral rows.
TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre 5 Automatic; Steel and Yellow Gold; 39mm: a new classic Carrera, powered by a very accurate Calibre 5 automatic movement, it sports a fully refreshed update of the easy-to-read dial that made the original a trendsetter. The sapphire crystal case-back and polished steel case are unique Carrera design elements, as is the fixed bezel in polished solid gold (18K 3N).
