It is also a faster Mini and its battery can last you a full working day.
The Mini is back and it’s all new and changed after extensive research and feedback from consumers. With a full breadth of colour and feature options, the Mini 210 boasts of the latest Atom 450 processor, which though runs no faster than the earlier Atom 280 (1.66GHz), is both energy efficient and also improves on the graphic performance, compared to the older netbooks running the Atom 280 processor. The keyboard and touchpad are now called Chicklet, and the touchpad supports multi-gesture functionality. Also added is a battery that lasts up to 9.5 hours. The units come bundled with Microsoft Windows 7.
The 210 features a 10.1 inch screen in two options, the standard display or the BrightView Infinity HD LED Widescreen Display. It comes with Quick Sync Software, which automatically syncs your files with your home or business PC over a wireless network while you are in office. With HP Quick Web you can access the internet by simply pressing a button and going online in seconds rather than wait for Windows to boot up. Like all other netbooks, it comes standard with 1 GB Ram, and a 160 GB hard disc. You can choose models with 250 GB hard disc and expand the Ram up to 2 GB. It has built-in Bluetooth wireless network and a 10/100 network card (though I would have liked 1 gigabit network cards).
