Now she plays a no-nonsense policewoman in Hunkkaar: The Roar, a series on JioHotstar. The star-studded show centres on sexual abuse allegations levelled by a young disciple, played by Aneet Padda, against a self-styled guru played by Raghubir Yadav.

It may be the oddest collaboration ever. Rakhi Sawant does a quick voiceover in Pakistani actor and singer Hania Aamir’s rap song ‘Pablo’, which is all about the trolling she receives for her life choices. Sawant urges her to fight the good fight, praising the noor (radiance) on her face and the sherni (tigress) in her spirit. The 29-year-old Hania was last in Sardaar Ji 3 in 2025, alongside Diljit Dosanjh and Neeru Bajwa (the film was not released in India).
